The Silver Wedding Package
The “Silver” package is a rehearsal and ceremony package that is perfect for the couple who prefer to plan the majority of their wedding; however, they wish to have an outside professional direct the rehearsal and supervise and oversee the ceremony to ensure that everything runs smoothly. This package does not include attendance at the reception.
Includes:
- Initial consultation with the bride and groom
- Visit to venue with bride and groom
- Meeting to discuss ceremony, reception timeline and vendors
- Two hour rehearsal session at the ceremony site
- Director will arrive 2 hours prior to the ceremony to ensure venue is ready
- Distribute and pin wedding flowers
- Provide etiquette guidance if requested
The GoldWedding Package
The “Gold” package is a rehearsal and wedding day package that is perfect for the couple that has planned their wedding but would like to have a professional direct the rehearsal and ceremony, and coordinate the reception.
Includes:
- Initial consultation with the bride and groom
- Visit to venue with bride and groom
- Meeting to discuss ceremony, reception timeline and vendors list
- Provide etiquette guidance if requested
- Prepare itineraries and timeline of events for the ceremony and reception
- Two hour rehearsal session at the ceremony site
- Distribute final payments to vendors, if requested
- Distribute and pin wedding flowers
- Make sure that timeline is followed during ceremony and reception
- Coordinate reception activities
